Seafood Chili Dressing

If you are barbecuing fish or shellfish, this dressing will really spice it up.

You need:

¼ cup Olivado Gold Chili & Bell Pepper-infused avocado oil
¼ Cup Olivado Gold Lemon-infused avocado oil
1 cup fresh coriander finely chopped
2 tsps lime juice
Zest of ½ lime
1 clove garlic diced & crushed

Mix and shake ingredients together in a bowl. Use to barbeque scallops, snapper, crayfish or use as a dressing over and into the body cavity of a whole snapper placed in tinfoil and baked in the oven.
